In this video, I demonstrate the process of making a chest that I plan to place in my kitchen for storing kitchen appliances, which have accumulated quite a bit. I tried to make this chest mobile by adding wheels instead of legs and sturdy enough so that adults could sit on it if needed.
I had several red oak boards lying around, I also decided to use inserts of darker wood species for decoration.
The chest successfully passed all the crash tests conducted by my little quality inspectors, which means it is now ready for use.
I haven't uploaded any new work videos for a long time because the situation here in Ukraine, given all the recent events, hasn't been favorable for that. Three years of brave resistance—a war against the Russian aggressor—and now new, terrifying challenges. Authoritarianism is spreading across the world and this is a challenge for all humanity.
