Mirage 2000D canopy cleanup

As it happens, canopies don’t always connect to the fuselage perfectly, leaving gaps and uneven transitions. The same happened here.

So I had to fill the seams with acrylic putty mixed with black paint first, then carefully even out the transitions.

Of course, I managed to scratch the transparent parts in the process… 😅

So I had to polish the entire canopy, taking it from a foggy, scratched surface back to crystal-clear transparency.

And finally, it was time to mask it.
